Paul Sebes (1965) established the agency in 1998. He mainly focuses on representation of American publishers and agents in The Netherlands and Scandinavia and also represents a number of Dutch authors.

Willem Bisseling (1982) has been working at the agency since 2006 and is co-owner since 2016. He represents dozens of Dutch authors and American agents and publishers in The Netherlands and Scandinavia.

Jeanine Langenberg (1983) started her career at Sebes & Bisseling in 2008. She focuses on the representation of American, Australian and Canadian agents and publishers in the Netherlands and Scandinavia.

Lester George Hekking (1985) has been reinforcing the team since 2008. As an agent, he is responsible for all middle grade and YA books from the US and the UK. He is also head of the contract administration.

Rita van Elst (1957) has been working at the agency since 2010. She is responsible for the accounting and the royalty administration.

St├ęphanie Nooteboom (1986) has been working at the agency since 2014 and represents American authors on behalf of their primary agent or publisher as junior agent. In addition she is involved with contract administration and renewals.

Rik Kleuver (1993) joined the agency in 2016. He works as primary agent for Dutch authors and subagent for English speaking authors. He studied Dutch Language and Culture at the University of Amsterdam and obtained a master's degree in Publishing/editing.

Christiaan Boesenach (1989) has been working at the agency since 2017 and assists Willem Bisseling. He studied Dutch Language and Culture and Philosophy and obtained a master's degree in Publishing/editing.

Floor

Floor Overmars (1970) has been working as a journalist for most of her career and is editor at the VARAGids. Starting 2017 she has been reinforcing the team as a primary agent focusing on Dutch and Flemish authors.

Willem Pije (1995) has been working at Sebes & Bisseling since January 2016 after completing an internship at the agency. He studied at Amsterdam University College, followed several courses in New York and then studied French in France.
